Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible in the following cases:
The items are unused and in their original packaging, and the items are not stitched, or
The product is defective.
Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order to our address and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel, under the following conditions:
The products are not stitched and are in their original condition and packaging, or the products are found to be defective.
The products have been shipped back to us by the customer. The return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund requests will only be entertained within 14 days after receiving the orders.
International refunds will be processed in PKR. Due to fluctuations in the USD exchange rate, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment. The exact amount paid to PKR will be refunded.
Note: No refunds will be provided until we have received the ordered items back to our office address: 5/6 Jaffer town Main Sher Rabbani chowk Lahore.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled on request.
Refusing to accept shipped orders may result in a ban from our store.
